The nature of a Debate Club is to help a student gain self-confidence in his or her public speaking skills while in a fun and safe environment. Here is KCC, Debate Club allows our students to be exposed to a variety of different topics while learning how to make clear and concise arguments.
We meet every Friday for our weekly lunchtime debate, during which time the students get the chance to practice their skills and learn to listen and analyse the points that are being made.
