Kingswood Community College Inaugural Awards Night was held on Thurs 19th May 2022.
The event acknowledged the academic achievements of our Junior Cycle and Senior Cycle students for the school year 2021-2022. There were 65 award winners on the night including individual subject awards, academic excellence awards, dedication awards and the prestigious Junior and Senior Cycle students of the year. Staff, parents and members of our Board of Management gathered to celebrate the hard-working students of Kingswood Community College. Whether in receipt of a specific award or not, all our students are recognised as contributing to our supportive and hard-working school community.
Following the ceremony, refreshments were provided for parents, staff and students to chat and enjoy each other's company. The event has been long awaited between our move to our beautiful new building and the restrictions of Covid-19. As we develop as a school, so too will our awards.
The night was thoroughly enjoyed by all and we hope the sense of pride and accomplishment stays with our attendees for a long time yet.
